HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Tracking numbers will be provided with your shipping notification email once the order is processed. However, please note that the tracking number sometimes do not update right away and tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country. You can track your package through our website.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? CAN I RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT TO DIFFERENT STYLES?
- We cannot issue refunds once the order is shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and issue you a refund.
- We offer free returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of our fault. If a problem is present, please inform us within a week of receiving.
- If you ordered an item with sizing issues, please contact us for more information on how you can exchange the item in a different size.
WHY WAS I CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN STATED ON THE WEBSITE?
We are a Australian based company, and our prices are based in AUD. However, we've included a currency converter on our website that automatically converts this price to your local currency! Upon checkout, the prices will be converted back and charged in AUD. If you are using a credit card with any currency other than AUD, there may be slight discrepancies between what you're charged and what was displayed on our website due to differences in the conversion rate used by your credit card company.
